Carnival neither controls, nor operates, nor is responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, ground transporters and tour operators. Carnival denies any responsibility or liability for late arrival of your flight or any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting therefrom. Carnival's responsibility does not extend beyond the vessel. You are responsible for arriving at the embarkation port on time for boarding and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason, you miss a scheduled sailing. Carnival reserves the right to refuse or discontinue passage to any one when, in Carnival's judgment, it would be considered a risk to his/her own well being or that of any other passengers.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by Bingo Bugle by August 13, 2010. Passengers who cancel after this date (FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING MEDICAL), are subject to the following cancellation fees:
* $250 per person for any cancellation between August 13 - August 31, 2010
* 50% of total (less tournament fees) for any cancellation between August 31 and October 7, 2010.
* 100% of total package price (less tournament fees) for any cancellation after October 7, 2010.

Refund requests must be made in writing. Processing time for refunds is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Deposit receipt, transfer coupons, airline tickets, cruise tickets and all vouchers must be returned before a refund can be made.

We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance for your protection. Information on Trip Planning Insurance will be sent to you at time of booking.

WE MUST HAVE YOUR DECISION IN WRITING ON FILE BEFORE WE CAN RELEASE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS TO YOU. A FORM FOR THIS PURPOSE IS ENCLOSED WITH YOUR INITIAL BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

DOCUMENTS
Carnival Cruise Lines issues all cruise documents (including airline "eTickets", transfer coupons and baggage tags) electronically via their web-site. At the appropriate time, you will be notified that your documents are available for download/printing. If you do not have access to the internet, please notify us so that we can print the documents for you.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR FLIGHTS:
World Championship Bingo Tournament Cruise guests participating in the air inclusive program will receive round trip transportation from approved airports. Flights are scheduled into Miami International Airport (MIA) on October 31, 2010 (October 30, 2010 for West Coast participants). All arrangements are made by Carnival Cruise Lines.

Carnival Line issues tickets at the lowest applicable coach fare available and all restrictions apply. Tickets are arranged approximately 6 weeks prior to departure. Specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Carnival Line will arrange your flight with sufficient time to make the transfer to the ship prior to its departure on October 31 and will arrange for your return flight home during the PM of November 7, 2010. Carnival cannot guarantee that guests traveling with other guests will be on the same airline or routing (although passengers sharing the same cabin can expect to be on the same flight when booked at the same time). Carnival Line is not responsible for schedule changes subsequent to the issuance of the air documents. Airlines tickets will not be issued until 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Airline seat assignment is the responsibility of the passenger(s). Although every effort is made to arrange for daytime flights, there will be occasions where evening flights are required. Carnival Line assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of any airline, including, without limitation, those involving cancellation of flights, schedule changes, rerouting, damage to or delay or loss of baggage, flight delays, equipment failures, accidents, pilot or other staff shortages, overbooking or computer errors.

Carnival Line "FLY AWEIGH" SERVICES
This service gives you much more control over the flight arrangements made on your behalf. Carnival Cruise Line would be pleased to customize your flight arrangements on the airline of your choice. Or you can simply dictate a certain time frame in which you are either willing or unwilling to travel. You can also request an upgrade to first class. And Carnival can even arrange for you to spend a few days before or after your cruise in one of Ft. Lauderdale's terrific hotels. POLICY FOR MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR CRUISE BOOKING WITHIN 45 DAYS OF SAILING
Carnival Lines will assess an administrative fee of $50 USD for any adjustments (name changes for instance) that you make within 45 days of sailing or after documents are issued. Requests for changes to flight itineraries within 45 days of sailing cannot be accepted.
